Old Trends, New Money: 2015 Top 10 Hip Hop Vinyls

According to a recent report published by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), $416 million dollars was made from vinyl sales in 2015.  This was the highest increase in sales for vinyls since 1988.

In comparison, ad-supported streaming services such as YouTube and Spotify only made $385.1 million last year.

This RIAA report has caused some controversy in the music industry and in honor of this chaos, here’s a list of the top ten hip hop vinyls sold last year.

For anyone looking to invest in vinyls, this is a great list to start your collection with.  Click here to read the full RIAA report.
